2026-2027 Spirit Team Tryouts:
Cheerleading - April 21-23 @ 3:45-6:00pm (A mandatory tryout meeting will be held on April 14, 2026 at 6pm in the SHS Aux)
Dance - May 5-7

Spirit Team
- Spirit team members are to promote school tradition, spirit, and pride within Sandia High School by performance and support at athletic events, school assemblies, competitions, and special activities.
- As a member of the Sandia Spirit Team, participants must maintain enthusiasm, spirit, and the highest standards at all times, whether in or out of the team uniform.
- The Sandia High School Spirit program offers an opportunity for students to excel with personal growth, leadership, and involvement in diverse activities.
- Spirit Team members will train often, year round, as well as support school athletic events.
