Registration Information

Things to bring when registering:

  • Current Immunizations
  • 2 Documents to verify residency, which include the physical address (not a PO Box)
    • PNM
    • NM Gas
    • Internet Bill
    • Mortgage
    • Lease/Rental agreement
  • Current transfer grades
  • A transcript with most current grades posted.
    • Unofficial or Official transcript and grades may be emailed to the Registrar directly at clairessa.ulibarri@aps.edu
  • ** Birth certificate : Please bring only if you are new to APS
    • If your student has attended before even Pre-K they may already have an APS ID number, please call the school to confirm this information.

Once your student is registered please allow 24 hours for a schedule to be created. Your Counselor will reach out to you for any questions regarding the placement of your students courses.

  • We can only accept students who live within Sandia’s district.

Transfers

  • Transfer requests must be made through APS Student Services Department.
  • Transfers are open on January 1, 2024 for the 2024-2025 School Year.

The transfer request form does not open up until January 1st at which time you need to submit your transfer request. Once a transfer is approved you have 10 days from the email acceptance to enroll at the school.
